Of course there are many pictures like this, but this one is mine. And I did not mess with the white balance at all – it turned out this purple all on its lonesome. It feels like a wonderful gift.

The first iris of the season, from yesterday. Purple and yellow blooms are scattered all over, and the maples are getting their whirligigs. Very pretty. And too early. Still not used to this at all. 😂
Outside our window, there’s a torrential rainstorm. Inside, we are rewatching Moana. There’s a lot to do, but there are points of progress.
